A Gentle Space for the Body to Relax, Reconnect & Be Heard
Body Whispers is a calming and supportive wellness session designed to help the body and nervous system relax, regulate, and reconnect.
Often, the body continues holding onto stress, emotions, overwhelm, and tension long after the mind has tried to move forward. Over time, this may affect sleep, digestion, emotions, energy levels, focus, and overall wellbeing.
Body Whispers creates a peaceful and nurturing space where the body can slow down, feel safe, and gently communicate what it may need support with.
“Body whispers” are the subtle signals the body gives us every day — tension, fatigue, discomfort, emotional overwhelm, difficulty switching off, or feeling disconnected from ourselves. When we begin listening to these signals earlier, we may help restore balance before the body becomes completely exhausted.
What Happens During a Session?
Each session is gentle, personalised, and guided according to the individual and what their body may be holding onto at that time.
The environment is intentionally calming, with soft music and carefully selected essential oils used to help the nervous system feel relaxed, safe, and supported.
Cortices Balancing

We begin with Cortices Balancing — a gentle technique used to support communication between the left and right sides of the brain.
This may help support:
emotional balance,
mental clarity,
focus,
grounding,
overwhelm,
and nervous system regulation.
Many people experience this part of the session as deeply calming and centering.
Gentle Muscle Testing

We then move into gentle muscle testing.
Muscle testing is a non-invasive technique used to help identify areas where the body may be experiencing stress, emotional overload, energetic imbalance, or nervous system strain.
Rather than guessing what the body may need, muscle testing allows the body to gently guide the session in a natural and supportive way.
Many people describe this experience as finally feeling like their body is being listened to.
As the session unfolds, we gently explore and discuss the “whispers” the body may be revealing.
Emotional Stress Release (ESR) & Vagus Nerve Support

We end the session with Emotional Stress Release (ESR), a calming technique designed to help the nervous system shift out of stress mode and into a more regulated and relaxed
state.
We also incorporate gentle vagus nerve support techniques to encourage relaxation, emotional balance, and nervous system regulation.
The body often stores emotional stress physically. These sessions may help the body gently release tension it has been holding onto while supporting emotional wellbeing and inner balance.
